Hello there! I'm Amber-Lynn Watson, a native of a small Massachusetts town. I completed my Business Administration degree at Holyoke Community College in 2021. When I'm not planning, I enjoy walking our dog Jack, watching crime documentaries, and spending time with my friends. My husband is my best friend and he always encourages my aspirations, including my latest venture: Small Town Moments.
I created Small Town Moments after my passion ignited when I planned our wedding, Jack and Jill and a small fundraising event to benefit the American Heart Association. I specialize in planning the minuscule details most overlook. For instance, at our wedding I planned for everyone to show up late. I put 5:00 PM on the invitations (wedding actually started at 5:30 PM) and everyone showed up right on time! While crafting my day-of timeline, I researched what time the sun would set that day. While planning my Jack and Jill, I color coded the tickets to the bags for each raffle basket. I set my family and friends up on stations. Everyone knew what their responsibilities were before the day came. We did great monetarily and everyone had a fantastic time!
I highlight these events as the essence of Small Town Moments because to this day, my friends and family continue to share the joy they experienced at all of the events I have planned. Successfully, I raised funds in memory of my cousin who succumbed to cardiomyopathy by organizing a bootcamp workout event in 2020 to support the American Heart Association.
Organizing any event can pose difficulties, particularly an emotional occasion like a wedding, etc. When the day ends, the goal is not to feel stressed but to enjoy your events! My mission is to offer you reassurance and maintain meticulous organization throughout. Most importantly, let’s enjoy the journey, actualizing your vision, and prioritizing crafting unforgettable moments!
